CEO and co-founder

Benoit is our Customer Service expert and visionary. Over the past 2 decades, he's worked for companies of all sizes in a variety of different industries - both B2B and B2C - helping them to develop and scale their support teams. Our ex-Oracle CEO is responsible for leading the company forward into new and exciting times.

Dr. Ricardo De Aldama

Dr. Ricardo De Aldama

Head of Data Science and co-founder

Ricardo is our analytics guru. He holds a PhD in Pure Mathematics and, whilst he started as a mathematician, he evolved into a researcher in Artificial Intelligence. Since then, he has contributed to many AI projects - at the French Atomic Energy Commission, CNRS and at Sony - amongst others.

Daniele Alfarone

Daniele Alfarone

CTO and co-founder

Daniele is our software architect. Before devoting himself to Miuros, he conducted research on Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning at KU Leuven and the University of Illinois at Chicago. He’s been coding since before he can remember.
